The Montclair
The Montclair is one of the most classically beautiful dollhouse kits available today. Its shuttered windows and gracious entry are accented with bold moldings and delicate trim. The steep angle of the gable roof--along with the gable inset and oval window--adds a distinctively dramatic touch to its timeless beauty.
The spacious interior of the kit includes over 2,000 square inches of floor space divided into nine rooms, plus foyer and hall. The first and second floors have 10" ceilings and beautifully crafted staircases. The kit comes complete with windows, shutters, exterior door and steps, decorative trims, moldings, interior staircases, and rails.
